Eat healthy, vibrant foods that reflect the energy you wish to acquire that day. Fruit salads are a personal favorite- with a variety of fruits, all of the flavors collide so well. Oranges, grapes, sliced apples, and strawberries. Another personally favorite breakfast is avocado toast. Wheat bread topped with smashed avacado makes for a fulfilled morning meal.
