Positive thinking impacts your work, health, and life. It is being studied by Barbara Fredrickson, states behavioral psychologist, James Clear. Barbara Fredrickson is a positive psychology researcher at the University of North Carolina.
According to Fredrickson's studies, when thinking negative thoughts, this causes you to shut down all other possible thoughts and to only focus on the limited negative options, opposed to considering all positive options as well. When this is applied in people's daily life, this limits them to only ever considering the negative things and never thinking about the good thinks that can turn up from situations. This, in itself makes a negative individual.
