We've all heard people say you are what you eat and to some degree they aren't wrong. Have you ever noticed that when you eat excessive junk food, you feel awful? Your energy, mood, and motivation are all reflections upon what you consume; the healthier and lighter meals that you have, the better you feel. You know the nights where you binge snacks and heavy desserts? Imagine going for a run after you fill yourself up so much, you simply can't. Eating fattening foods drains you both mentally and physically. Aside from how you feel, you want to have a body you are proud to wear around. Your body is the one thing you have control of so treat it right and maintain it. Every person is beautiful, just sustain your beauty.
