Staying active is very important for your body. Not only does it get your body into shape, but it works your mentality as well. When you work our you are forced to think optimistic and motivate yourself and if this is not done, you will not be able to make it to the end of the workout. Your mindset is crucial for staying active and maintaining good health. There are various ways to work out; throughout my high school career I've been a competitive dancer and gone to the gym. I danced over 20 hours a week and went to the gym about 6-10 hours a week. I find working out very motivating and exciting. The best part about the entire workout process has to be finishing the workout! Especially the more strenuous workouts, I feel invincible after. Each time I workout I feel it is a test to my inner strength and outer strength, for I never allow myself to slack. Overcoming the obstacles throughout the workout are always worth it in the end because you WILL see results. Working out and staying fit is something I really enjoy and will gladly carry it throughout my life.
