In life it is important to treat yourself to things that make you happy, in my case breakfast will do the trick. A nice big breakfast full of pancakes, toast, eggs, and coffee, what could be better? It is significant that you din't lose sight if the little things in life that make your heart happy. Regardless of how hard you have been working out or how much you wanted to eat healthy, one cheat day won't hurt you. Also, doing little things that make your soul happy has the potential to really lift your spirit.
